2:9-10. Effect of Appeal by the State
An appeal by the State pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2C:44-1f(2) or N.J.S.A. 2C:35-14c shall not stay the entry of final judgment for purposes of an appeal or cross-appeal by the defendant.
