7:11-2 Complaint; Verification

The complaint, which shall be in writing and verified, shall specif: (1) the person alleged to have violated the provision of a statute or ordinance imposing a penalty in summary manner; (2)the specific provision of the statute or ordinance violated; and (3)the time, place and nature of the violation. If the complaint is made by a governmental body or officer, it may be verified on information and belief by any person duly authorized to act on its or plaintiff's behalf.
