The Supreme Court Committee on Model Criminal Jury Charges has developed the following sample verdict sheets. These sample verdict sheets are available for downloading from the Judiciary’s Internet website at http://www.judiciary.state.nj.us/criminal/verdicts/sample_verdict_indx.pdf, and, for quick reference, under the “Quick Site Index” tab located on the left side of the web page. It should be stressed that these are intended as samples only and will need to be reviewed and adapted to the facts of the particular case.
