The Committee recommended revisions to the
Supplemental Plea Form for No
Early Release Act (NERA) Cases (N.J.S.A.
2C:43-7.2); Supplemental Plea Form for
Graves Act Offenses (N.J.S.A. 2C:43-6c);
and the Additional Questions for Certain
Sexual Offenses (Megan’s Law Plea Form) in
light of legislative amendments. The
proposed revisions were promulgated by
Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC)
Directive #04-14 on July 31, 2014.
