Proposal Description:
A panel of experienced defense and prosecution counsel will discuss how to have your client's criminal record/case expunged. The new expungement law will be discussed, as well as how to deal with cases that have resulted in a conviction or have been dismissed as a result of either a motion by the State, the defense, or the completion of Pre-Trial Intervention.
